Unión Personal progresses alongside and for you, bringing the social security system within hand’s reach.

Through this app, you can carry your digital credentials wherever you go. It will be useful with service providers at our own centers, providers listed in our network, pharmacies, and essentially across all our services. The digital credential will be accepted just like the physical one.

Using the application, you can keep your personal information up to date and access the emergency contact list.

With this new app, you can handle a variety of procedures right at your fingertips, without the need to visit an office. You will have access to services such as:

• Search for pharmacies, medical centers, professionals by name, or specialty.
• Access the general provider directory.
• Select favorite providers for quick access, similar to a contact list.
• View the status of requested reimbursements.
• Request appointments at affiliated medical centers, online medical prescriptions, and authorization for medical orders.
• Access and download your imaging and laboratory test results.
